Selecting a color scheme and florals is typically one of the first tasks a bride is faced with. Do you want warm fall colors to create a Boho look? Classic white with some greenery for elegance? Bright pops of pink and orange for an outdoor summer reception? Once your decision is made, you may start considering the least expensive option for your bouquets and décor, because let’s face it… flowers are NOT cheap. However, I would encourage you to consider making an investment in one of the biggest days of your life and opt for *fresh* florals over silk. As a past bride who bought her flowers from Hobby Lobby, I can honestly say that the one thing I would change about my wedding would be the silk bouquets. Yes, fresh florals are more expensive. But I can help you find a florist that will work with your budget and still create beautiful arrangements for your big day!
